(1) Ibhokisi yokupasa esandula ukufakwa okanye engasetyenziswanga kufuneka icocwe ngononophelo ngezixhobo ezingavelisi uthuli ngaphambi kokuba isetyenziswe, kwaye umphezulu wangaphakathi nowangaphandle kufuneka ucocwe ngelaphu elingenathuli kanye ngeveki;
